It is as simple as 'Needs Ice Only'. Simply pinch and tear the corner of the sleeve and pour the liquid into a glass over ice. No shaking or stirring required.
Do I need to refrigerate the cocktails?
NIO Cocktails are shelf-stable and do not require refrigeration. However, for the best tasting experience, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Are your cocktails made with real spirits?
Yes, we only use premium, world-renowned spirits and high-quality ingredients to ensure a bar-quality experience in every pour.
What is the shelf life of the cocktails?
Our cocktails generally have a shelf life of over 12 months. Each individual sleeve is marked with a specific best-before date for your convenience.
Can I customize my own cocktail box?
Absolutely. You can build your own box of 3, 6, or 9 cocktails by selecting your favorite flavors from our full menu.
What is your return policy for food and drink items?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for cocktails already delivered. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately for a replacement.
